About ME

Rebekah Peppler is a freelance writer, photographer, stylist, and classically trained pastry chef. Her work has been published by major magazine and online sources such as SAVEUR, Organic Gardening, Eat Life FCI, and Food2. As co-founder of PattyCake Baking Company, she creates innovative cakes and pastries in both New York City and the Midwest. When she’s not drawing inspiration from her food voyages, the study of Italian art and architecture, or her embarrassingly large cookbook collection, you can find her covered in flour, rolling out something fabulous on her Boos butcher block.
