Hello and thank you for taking a moment to read a bit more about me. My name is Melanie Gorman and I am the Senior VP of YourTango Experts. I am also the business coach in charge of our popular training program "ACE Weekly Business Coaching". This weekly event is the core of our Experts program. It's where we teach, inspire, and encourage our community to really reach for the stars with their business.
Topics range from branding, avatar and ideal client work, content marketing, SEO and more. This work is the heart of our mission with Experts. Everyone on the Expert's team works tirelessly to promote healing across the globe.
And like most of you, for me this started as a very personal journey. I went to undergraduate and graduate school. I have a master's in counseling psychology and worked for several years as a relationship counselor and coach. I also worked for Dr. John Gray, author of Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus from 2001-2009. The insight gained from working with the godfather of self-help was immeasurable.
I have been with YourTango since 2009 and with my extraordinary team, we created the Experts program. As you get to know us, you will find that we have a depth of knowledge about all the facets it takes to grow a counseling, coaching, or healing business. We are experts in social media, content marketing, SEO, branding, online course development, business mindset, self-sabotage, and business planning.

These areas are the focus of our Weekly Business Coaching classes. These sessions are an integral part of our community and all members are encouraged to attend as often as they can. This weekly webinar is practical and always recorded so members who cannot attend live can benefit from the self-learning on their own time.
