About Christine O'Neill

Christine O’Neill, MMSc, PA-C, ACC is an executive coach, practicing clinician, trained mediator, and longtime yoga and mindfulness practitioner. Christine is passionate about helping overwhelmed professionals learn how to make a difference while having a life by using values-based prioritization and neuroscience-informed self-coaching techniques. She specializes in professional burnout prevention/recovery, and executive coaching for people-centered leaders.

Christine has worked in healthcare for 30 years, gaining deep experience in direct patient care, hospital leadership, nonprofit board leadership, and grassroots political advocacy.

Christine graduated from the University of Vermont and the Yale University School of Medicine Physician Associate program. A lifelong learning nerd, she subsequently completed graduate-level certifications in healthcare administration and professional mediation/conflict management (while picking up Master Gardener and two 200-hour yoga teacher certifications along the way!). Christine is a Certified Professional Coach having graduated from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, and holds the Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation.

In addition to her coaching practice, Christine currently serves as Immediate Past President of the PA Academy of Vermont, teaches yoga and meditation at Evolution Yoga, and is a consultant on Advanced Practice Provider issues.

When not working, you’ll find Christine developing plant-based recipes, exploring new places in her campervan, and connecting with friends and family.
