I Believe

Dating is often a trial and error process, during which you’re bound to encounter more than a few Big Red Flags. The point is to get better at spotting them and removing yourself from  situations that don’t suit you. We’ve all either blatantly ignored or completely missed red flags, especially when we’ve been madly in love with a guy. But fumbling from time to time by dating a few Mr. Wrongs allows you to learn what makes you happy or miserable in a relationship, which ultimately helps you to score a truelove touchdown. We're here to help you learn a little, laugh a lot, and improve your dating dexterity so that you don’t get stuck in a big red flag situation.

About Big Red Flags

Created by writers and relationship experts Natasha Burton, Meagan McCrary and Julie Fishman, BigRedFlags.com allows women and men to share their craziest dating horror stories.  After collecting these anecdotes for over two years—which include their own red-flag tales—the three wrote The Little Black Book of Big Red Flags: Relationship Warning Signs You Totally Spotted ... But Chose to Ignore (Adams Media, June 2011), a love-life advice guide that features outrageous stories from their blog, along with blunt advice for solving similar situations in your relationships.

The authors specialize in analyzing dating and relationship red flags, and helping women learn to listen to, and follow, their intuitions.

Natasha Burton is a serial monogamist who’s currently the Relationships Editor of Glo.com, a lifestyle website partnered with MSN and ELLE magazine.

Meagan McCrary is an L.A.-based yoga teacher with an adventurous spirit for romance, who currently penns Live by the Stars monthly astrology guide for Glo.com.

Julie Fishman is a sports-playing tomboy turned married comedy writer who teaches at a college in Hollywood and writes for screen, print, and web.
