About Bea Mackay

Bea Mackay, Ph.D., has been helping people reclaim their lives through individual, couples, and family therapy for over 30 years. She offers her clients the missing link to freedom—teaching them how to shift from managing their emotions to processing them. Her first book, Two-You Work: How to Work with the Self in Conflict, is a training manual for other therapists. It has been called a “monumental achievement” and a “fine contribution to counseling and psychology literature” by Ansel Woldt, Emeritus Professor, Kent State University, and the founding member of the Association for the Advancement of Gestalt Therapy. Bea facilitates workshops and lectures at conferences, top universities, and training centers in Canada, the USA, Europe, and Australia. She is also a senior trainer with Gestalt Vancouver in her city of residence, Vancouver, Canada. Bea is currently working on publishing two books, Let Things Fall Together: How to Stop Managing Your Emotions and Start Processing Them." and "Power of Connection: How to Process Emotions in Turbulent Times."
