Clients circle back as different personal and professional issues arise: Assess, diagnose and treat individuals, couples, families, teams, from a range of cultures and lifestyles. In other words, your relationship with yourself, within yourself, and with others. Your desire is to have a whole-person, whole-life plan that promotes quality of life. Promote education, understanding; plus, sustainable strategies and tactics toward change.
I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Coach, and Workplace Consultant. holding degrees in Counseling Psychology and Media Communications. Clients and colleagues have said I engagingly shares her insights, research, and experiences candidly. The self-esteem work with diverse populations has been recognized by the San Francisco Mayor’s Office and the California State Assembly. Certified in EMDR; trained in EMDR & Peak Performance Enhancement by founder Sandra Foster, PhD; and experienced first-hand the brain’s potential to retrain, through my own life challenges and that of clients.
Longstanding member of WAAT, (Womens' Association of Addiction Treatment), CHADD; (Children & Adults with Attention Deficit Disorder; research author on healthcare worker burnout prevention; and was a real-life coach in Bravo TV’s reality show, Miss Advised. I volunteers in leadership roles for the American Cancer Society and Conspiracy of Beards/Conspiracy of Venus. Her first book, Catch Your Star: Top Experts Share Insights for Lifelong Fulfillment, was released in 2013. The LeadLifeNow Workbook Series is currently in progress.
