I am Mindi Lampert, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have counseled more than 10,000 children over the years. They will forever hold a warm and special place in my heart for sharing their “Elementary Thoughts” with me.
I am grateful that the children trusted our bond and felt comfortable and safe enough to disclose their feelings and share their problems with me, in the hope that I was able to lessen their burdens and provide therapeutic comfort.
My book, “Elementary Thoughts”, is written especially for parents. It is meant to be a tool of parental enlightenment and awareness into a child’s thoughts, insights, pressures and fear. There are many books on parenting. Books that will tell you “do this” or “don’t do that”. This is a totally different and unique book, because I bring you the voice of the children…
