I’m so glad you found your way here to learn about me and the work that I do! As the founder of Your Heart Is In Your Hands, I am a Certified Relationship/Life Coach, Scientific Hand Analyst, speaker and author.
It’s important for you to know that there is no short-cut or “magic trick” that can make your life change for the better, permanently. It involves a gradual understanding of yourself, a “rebuilding” of your authentic voice and your personal strength.
And here's the exciting news!
To ease the process for you I have introduced a system called Scientific Hand Analysis into my coaching practice so you can make sense of your life and relationships more quickly and know exactly what to do next. Hand analysis is not about predicting the future. The information in your hands can help break the patterns that are keeping you in relationships, careers, emotional situations that aren't right for you. Your hands reveal your non-negotiable relationship needs — how you want to receive and give love, uncover your relationship struggles, your life purpose, life lessons, challenges, innate gifts and communication style and so much more.

I am an associate faculty teacher of the American Academy of Hand Analysis and last, but not least, I am happily married to my husband of 33 years and together we have an adult son we are extremely proud of!
